Shipping and Production Policy

1. Total Delivery Timeline

Because our products are custom-printed and made to order, delivery consists of two distinct phases. Please use the following estimates to determine when your order will arrive:

  • Production Phase: 2–5 business days.
    • Includes printing, drying, and hand-assembling (for framed items and canvases).
  • Shipping Phase: 2–7 business days.
    • The time the carrier takes to deliver the item from our facility to your door.
  • Total Estimated Time: 7–12 business days.

2. Definition of Business Days

Our production facility and shipping partners operate Monday through Friday. Business days do not include Saturdays, Sundays, or federal holidays. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin the production phase on the following business day.

3. Order Tracking

Once your item has completed the production phase and enters the shipping phase, you will receive an automated email containing your tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for the carrier to update the tracking information after the label has been created.

4. Shipping Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for the additional shipping costs to resend the item.

5. Carrier Delays

While we guarantee that your order will be produced and handed to the carrier within our stated 2–5 business day production window, we cannot be held responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier (USPS, UPS, or FedEx) due to weather, seasonal volume, or logistical issues.
